The Urgency of National Resilience in Realizing Indonesian State Security in the Era of Society 5.0

The Society 5.0 era is an idea that focuses on the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data to build a human-centered society. This era is a continuation of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and places humans at the center of rapid and dynamic technological developments. Technological advancements bring many positive impacts. However, it also raises its own challenges and threats related to national resilience. In facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 Era, Indonesia must take concrete actions to ensure strong national resilience. For this reason, efforts are needed to secure Indonesia's national interests, especially in the face of global threats. To achieve strong and stable national resilience, it is necessary to optimally implement and implement the ideas of Era Society 5.0 by synergizing cooperation between government institutions by actively involving the community, including by increasing adequate and strict regulations, developing skilled and reliable human resources, especially in the fields of Science and Technology, equitable and adequate infrastructure development, establishing and increasing the capacity of organizational structures and institutions responsible for national resilience, and political diplomacy efforts with countries around the world. Everything is done massively, systematically and sustainably. With this, Indonesia is expected to become a resilient and independent country.
