The Importance of the Role of the Young Generation as the Front Guard in Realizing State Sovereignty Based on Pancasila

As the modern era continues to develop, the younger generation has a strategic role as the nation's front guard. As future successors of the nation, the younger generation is expected to be agents of change who are able to maintain and strengthen the values of Pancasila in national and state life. The importance of their role lies in their ability to innovate, adapt to current developments, and foster a spirit of nationalism. By prioritizing character education and national insight, the younger generation can become the front guard in maintaining a strong sovereign defense against the negative influences of globalization. Through active participation in development, developing human resources, and efforts to maintain unity and unity, the younger generation plays an important role in maintaining state sovereignty based on Pancasila. The aim of this research is to identify the role of the younger generation in realizing state sovereignty based on Pancasila and to find out what the challenges are for the younger generation in realizing state sovereignty. The method used to collect data in this research is qualitative methods and literature studies using theories that are appropriate to the research, whether from journals, articles or books. The results of this research show that empowering and developing the younger generation is the main key in achieving the ideals of an independent, united, sovereign, just and prosperous nation.
