Strategy To Increase Awareness Of Defending The Country Through Social Media

For Indonesian society today, social media is an essential component of daily life. Anything can be used to create news or information that, without the public knowing the truth, can sway or even lead people's opinions. The government needs to address this issue differently in order to preserve the stability of society's worldview, which calls for nation-state defense and protection. This study aims to increase public knowledge of the use of social media strategies for national defense. The approach taken in this research is literature analysis using the content analysis technique. Based on the research, it is clear that the best strategy for educating the public about the nation's history through the use of social media is digital storytelling. Because digital storytelling has a simple and easy-to-understand concept, it is frequently used by young children. Because of this, information about a country may be obtained accurately using this concept, which also increases public awareness as social media users
