Focus and Scope

The scope covered in the Journal of Communication and Political Studies (JUSKOP) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal. Our main goal is to disseminate current and original articles from researchers and practitioners on a wide range of contemporary social and political issues: politics and gender identity, society and digital disruption, civil movements, societal well-being, social development, citizenship and public management, public policy innovation . , international politics & security, media, information & literacy, politics, government & democracy, radicalism & terrorism and so on.

Peer Review Process

• One reviewer reviews at least one manuscript and the manuscript is reviewed by at least one reviewer.
• The review process will be carried out using a Double Blind Peer Review. Reviewers receive anonymous manuscripts from section editors or secretariats, and authors do not know who reviewed the article.
• If it is not in accordance with their competence, the reviewer has the right to reject the manuscript and recommend it to another reviewer who is more competent.
• Reviewers review manuscripts from aspects of the quality and substance of the writing (not the grammar of the manuscript), which include novelty, originality, usefulness, and the validity of quotations and bibliography.
• Reviewers advise the editor to accept or reject the article. The editors will make decisions based on the reviewers' reports, and if necessary, they will consult with members of the editorial board. The editorial decision is final.

Publication Frequency

JUSKOP: Journal of Communication and Political Studies will be published at the end of June and December every year.

Open Access Policy

The journal is principally open access to make research freely available to the public and will support the greatest global exchange of knowledge.

Journal History

JUSKOP: Journal of Communication and Political Studies is a journal of Communication and Political Studies which was first published in June 2024. This journal contains scientific papers and articles as an opening to Tridharma. This journal consists of three articles, namely research articles, case reports and literature reviews.

JUSKOP: Journal of Communication and Political Studies has also been indexed by several national and international scientific indexations. Every article in this journal already has a DOI number in the first year of publication

We hope that the JSKP journal can be useful for its readers and can contribute to improving knowledge.

Criteria for accepted manuscripts:

1. Articles Not Plagiarism.
2. Minimum plagiarism below 25%
3. Articles Have never been published or are not in the process of publication in another journal.
